❌ No Returns – Exchange Only

All products sold on GYMONK.com are non-returnable. However, we do offer exchanges in the following cases:

• Damaged or defective product received
• Incorrect size received (if applicable)
• Wrong product delivered

If your order qualifies for an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

📦 Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packagingwith all tags intact.
• You must provide proof of purchase(order ID, invoice, etc.).
• You must share clear photos/videosof the issue via email within the stipulated time.

GYMONK reserves the right to deny exchanges if the product has signs of use, wear & tear, or if the issue is not reported within the 48-hour window.

🔄 Exchange Process

1. Email usat support@gymonk.com with:

• Your Order ID
• Photos/Videos showing the defect or incorrect item
• Brief description of the issue
  2. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
  3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to courier the item (as applicable).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll dispatch the replacementwithin 5–7 business days.

💸 Refunds

As our products are non-returnable, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Refunds are only processed if:

• The product is out of stockafter payment
• We are unable to fulfill the exchange request

In such rare cases, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

⚠️ Exceptions (Not Eligible for Exchange)

• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
• Size issues for products without size options (e.g., one-size wrist wraps)
• Minor color variations due to screen/display differences
• Product damage due to misuse, improper use, or wear & tear
• Items sold under clearance/sale marked as “Final Sale”
